Breakfast Portraits
I just stumbled across a wonderful gallery of pictures of people and their breakfasts, by Jon Huck. I love these collections of glimpses into other people’s habits. I’d also love to know if there was some effort toward variety from the photographer, or if people carefully chose what breakfast to show him. I’m seeing a lot less fried food than I expected, and no pancakes in sight at all, at least on my examination. And I’m amused by the wry looks of those who only have a mug of coffee.
EDIT: And here, in perfect synchronicity, is a link to the website of Russell Davies, a man who’s tracking down the perfect breakfast of eggs, bacon, chips and beans. As far as I can make out, he’s not the Russell Davies of Doctor Who.
